1-on-1 Query Letter Review with Literary Agent Jessica Reino

Refine your query letter, strategize your querying approach, and learn to sell yourself, and your book, to literary agents with the power to get you published.

Querying can be just as frustrating as it is exciting. You've dreamed of the moment that your manuscript is polished and you're finally to finally pursue a literary agent in hopes of a book deal. There's a chance you've sent out dozens of queries in exchange for silence and thoughts of where you went wrong.

An effective query letter balances your personality as a writer, a strategic approach tailored to the litagent you hope to engage, and the ability to sell yourself as an author with longstanding potential.

1-on-1 Query Letter Reviews are designed to give you the querying insight, critique, and targeted approach you need to write a memorable query.

What Writers are Saying About Jessica

"[Her book], The Writer’s Zen, is a treasure trove of information for all kinds of writers — those with an idea, those writing their first manuscript, those submitting to agents, and beyond. I wish I had this book three years ago when I started querying! With ten chapters, it has everything you need to know for your career in publishing. Informative, inspiring, and personable, every writer will benefit from reading this guide and finding their inner zen."
     Dana Gricken

"Even as a published author, I found information in [Jessica's] book, The Writer’s Zen, that will be helpful to me in my path forward. Reino's book will empower authors in their journey, whether they are starting out at the 'idea' stage or getting ready to publish. In Chapter 1, Reino wrote, 'We don’t just 'become' writers. We ARE writers.' This book will take that idea one step further and help us become successful writers."
